MRF: INDUSTRIAL CO-DEVELOPMENT

MRF: INDUSTRIAL CO-DEVELOPMENT

MRF designs, develops and manufactures innovative steel solutions for bodywork and other industrial sectors. Therefore, the value proposition is focused on product quality, adaptation to customer needs and customisation, as well as honesty in our relationships with customers and suppliers.

MRF works with different materials or raw materials for its processes of elaboration and transformation of different machining parts:

-Stainless steel (AISI 304, AISI 316)

-Carbon steel (DD11, DD13, DC01, DC03, F1)

-Aluminium (6063, 1050, 5457)

In order to manufacture the different bodywork products such as hinges, handles, frames, cams, etc.… a series of processes and capacities are required, which are described below. However, MRF not only focuses on this sector, but the capabilities they have allow them to work and adapt to the specific needs of customers in other sectors such as consoles for the naval sector, auxiliary for the manufacture of food machinery, turrets for marinas or machining parts for the composition of wind turbines in the energy sector.

The MRF team is made up of more than 80 people between all the departments and factory workers, where the multidisciplinary engineering department stands out with the actions and performance of design and R+D+i, tooling and prototyping. This department has a technical staff of 7 people, with interdisciplinary engineers, 3D printing with polymers and tests and prototypes.

By way of mentioning the capabilities and processes are formed by: product design, design and manufacture of tooling and tooling, cutting, stamping, machining, bending, welding (MIG, TIG, Manual and Robot), Shot Blasting, Polishing (brush and ball), assembly and customisation and laser marking.
